This Law shall be applicable to: production of oil derivatives, transportation of oil by pipelines and other transportation means, storage of oil and oil derivatives. An energy operator must possess a licence for carrying out the following energy activities: (a) use of plants (facilities) for crude oil processing and manufacturing of liquid and gaseous products; and (b) facilities for storage and transportation thereof.
