The purpose of the present Law is to establish preventive measures against the introduction of organisms harmful to plants and plant products into the Republic of Lithuania. The Law consisits of 7 Chapters; General provisions (1); General phytosanitary measures (2); Phytosanitary control at production (3); Phytosanitary control at import and export (4); International cooperation and recognition of plant protection measures in other countries (5); Liability (6) and Final provisions (7).
