The present Law implements the Federal Population and Civil Protection Act of 4 October 2002. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Federal Act in the Canton Luzern. The Law regulates the protection of the population in case of disasters, emergencies and armed conflicts.
