This Law governs the legal status, official classification and division of ports and their management tasks, fees and charges, concessions, state duties and responsibilities, maintenance duties and responsibilities, official inspection standards and rules, monitoring, data collection and mandatory surveillance as well as other major issues that are important for a sustainable and correct, internationally accepted port management on the sea territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
