The present Ordinance lays down provisions relatint to the Power Station of the Canton Thurgau. In particular, this Power Station shall be operated as a public limited company under article 610 of the Code of Obligation. The Company shall contribute to a secure electricity supply primarily through the provisions to end distributors. Article 2 establishes that the Executive Council shall represent the share capital of the Canton. The text consists of 9 articles.
