This Law, in accordance with the principles of improving and strengthening of the market competitiveness, regulates the status, forms and registration manners for foreign investments on the territory of the District, as well as conditions for the realization of facilities and business possibilities (also expropriation) enjoyed by domestic and foreign enterprises and entrepreneurs on the territory of the District.
