This Law regulates the protection and use of wild fauna, and control of animals living freely in the wild for the purpose of protecting human health and properties. This Law does not apply: (a) to protection and use of wild fauna in cases where stricter protection requirements have been established by other legal acts; and (b) to hunting and fishing. For the purpose of this Law, wild fauna shall not include domestic animals, animals that are kept in captivity or have escaped from captivity again
