This Law regulates the concept of good practice as regards the management and use of what here is defines as cultural heritage (native landscape and natural landscapes, parks and other natural heritage), including several issues and provisions regarding their necessary supervision, protection, financing of their reconstruction, among the rights and obligations of owners and/or other participants (local self-government).
