This Law regulates the necessary methods and requirements for the protection of the (water) accumulation officially named "Modrac" in order to define the priorities, mandatory measures (protection of coasts and water accumulation, protection of catchment areas, and protection of basin reservoirs), further determining the effective grade of pollution and other harmful effects, as well as organization, monitoring and inspection provisions, planning and implementation of water protection measures,
