This Act sets out conditions for the production and trade in seeds, seedlings, edible and medicinal funghi mycelia, planting material and for the recognition of agricultural plant species. The Law comprises 8 Parts containing 110 sections: General provisions (Part I); Seeds (II); Planting materials (III); The recognition of agricultural plant species (IV); Costs and fees (V); Inspection and control (VI); Offences and penalties (VII); Transitional and final provisions (VIII).
