The Water and Sewerage Organization would provide financial resources for the development and reconstruction of water installations and the completion of sewerage projects as outlined below: the Provincial Water and Sewerage Organizations are authorized to use some of the subscription fee for implementation of sewerage projects, as well as reconstruction and development of water installations for cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants and to charge an additional 10% to the subscription, and a
