This Law regulates various issues related to the building, use and maintenance of small hydropower plants/facilities (on the territory of the Tuzla Canton, autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnian and Herzegovina), further defining the conditions and authorities for granting authorizations, connection of small hydropower plants to the general network, supervision and other relevant rules.
