The present Law lays down provisions relating to establishment of a Special Fund called “Remediation of Contaminated Sites Sachsen-Anhalt”. The Fund shall receive financing from the Federal State and the Land of Sachsen-Anhalt which shall be used for the sanitation of contaminated sites in Sachsen-Anhalt. The text consists of 9 articles.
