This Law may be cited as the Water Management (Amendment) Act 2013 and shall be read together with the Act Water Management 2010-2012 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Basic Law'). This law may be referred to collectively as the rules on the Water Management laws of 2010-2013. Minor amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, specifying that articles 105A and 108A are amended as specified in the original text.
