This Legislative Decree lays down the penalties to be applied in case of infringement of the rules set out under Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on substances that deplete the ozone layer. The offences covered by these provisions regard the production, import, export, placing on the market and use of controlled substances that deplete the ozone layer.
