The Decree makes provision regarding the following: (a) essential requirements as to the nature or composition of the products; (b) quality of raw materials; (c) hygiene requirements; (d) additives; (e) labelling, presentation and advertising; (f) sampling procedures and methods of analysis; (g) production and packaging. The Decree makes provision for the trade of said products, as well as for the checks to be carried out by the Ministry of Health. Article 15 establishes the penalties to be appl
