This Legislative Decree replaces articles 1, 3, 4 and 10 of Legislative Decree No. 2 of 1995. Changes have been made to terms and definitions of article 1. Article 3 provides for the establishment of the National Authority for Wildlife Protection under the control of the Bahrain Cabinet with the competence to lay down and issue the necessary regulations and resolutions related to the protection of wildlife in Bahrain.
