This Legislative Decree amends several articles and republishes Legislative Decree No. 10/2010 on the legal regime of Capo-Verdean Harbours. Amendments deal with the new legal regime of harbours and terminals under the jurisdiction of Cape Verde, regulating access to and performance of activities carried out within National port areas and establish the institutional framework of the public and individual interventions in this sector.
