This Legislative Decree amends Legislative Decree No. 114 of 2006 by replacing article 6, dealing with exemptions from the obligation to indicate ingredients present in foodstuffs. Moreover, it supplements Annex 1, Section III by including lupin, molluscs and derived products in the list of ingredients which must under all circumstances appear on the labelling of foodstuffs, as they are likely to cause adverse reactions in susceptible individuals.
