Articles 2 and 3 of Legislative Decree No. 73 of 2005 on the keeping of wild animals in zoos are amended as set out in this Legislative Decree. The aim of the amendments is to give a wider definition of zoos, in order to broaden the application scope of Legislative Decree No. 73 of 2005 as regards protection of welfare of wild animals kept in zoos and other establishments.
