Act No. 397 of 1976 is hereby amended and supplemented as follows: two paragraphs, laying down the conditions under which bovine animals aged less than 30 months intended for meat production are not subject to the tests required by Act No. 397 of 1976, are added to article 6; article 10 is repealed.
