This Decree establishes the requirements to be fulfilled in order to obtain the recognition of spring water, its marketing and the condition under which a licence will be issued. Article 5 lists the treatments which are not considered likely to change the characteristic of a spring water. Further the Decree provides detailed norms for the labelling and for the importation from third countries. (17 articles)
