This Decree applies to seagoing fishing vessels of 24 metres in length and over, in accordance with the Torremolinos Protocol and applies both to new and existing vessels. The responsible authority will issue the required certification and will periodically control fishing vessels fishing in its territorial waters. (11 Articles and 5 Annexes)
