Legislative Decree No. 89 implementing the Special Statute of Valle d'Aosta Region on public waters.

Public potable waters and those intended for irrigation are transferred to Valle d'Aosta Region. This Region shall be in charge of all the duties that concern the ownership of public waters, hydraulic police and the protection of the waters against pollution. Valle d'Aosta Region shall also keep a list of public potable waters and waters intended for irrigation.(2 articles)
