This Act makes provision with respect to licensing of services in the utility sector and provides with respect to matters related to such licensing. A person shall not supply or use, or cause or permit to be used, any apparatus for the purpose of supplying, any premises with any utility services except under and in accordance with the terms of a licence granted under this Act by the Governor. A licences may be granted to: (a) generate, transmit, distribute or supply electricity; (b) prospect or
