This Chapter regulates some aspects of the keeping of animals and the storage of food for animals. No animals, , i.e. pigs, goats, sheep, horses, cattle, carabao or other domestic animals, shall be allowed to run loose and must be confined by fencing or be kept properly secured by tying or staking.
