The present Regulation provides for the implementation of various sections of the Livestock Identification and Brand Inspection Act. In particular, it lays down, amongst others, detailed provisions relating to the completion of a livestock manifest, completion of the same in case of transporting animals out of Alberta, marking of livestock on the upper portion of the body, bill of sale, livestock permit form, horse permit form.
