This Act amends the Local Government Act in various provisions concerning, among other things: creation of municipalities, the Public Service Commission, creation and functions of a town board (insertion of new section 48A), coordination, guidance, monitoring and inspection by the Minister responsible for local governments and rules of ethical behaviour.
