Lower Austria Agricultural Promotion Fund and Settlement Law.

The present Law implements the Basic Federal Agriculture Settlement Act (BGBl. No. 79/1967) . To improve the agricultural structure in Lower Austria, agricultural settlement procedures shall be conducted. The purpose of such procedures is the creation and conservation of agricultural enterprises ensuring thus an adequate subsistence level for the rural population.
