Lower Austria Species Protection Ordinance.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of wild growing plants and freely living wild animals. Totally protected wild growing plants are listed in Annex 1; totally protected wild living animals are listed in Annex 2. The text consists of 5 articles and 2 Annexes.
