Manitoba Hog Marketing Administration Levies (Interprovincial and Export Trade) Order, 1998 (SOR/98-461).

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Producer Board the power to levy charges for the marketing of hogs in Manitoba. In particular, section 2 establishes that every producer shall pay to the Producer Board, in respect of any hogs marketed by the producer in interprovincial or export trade from Manitoba, a levy as listed in this section. The text consists of 4 sections.
