The present Regulation amends the Exotic Wildlife Regulation 78/99. In particular, it replaces the expression “running at large” in section 1; it replaces also section 3 dealing with restricted exotic wildlife. Furthermore, it introduces small amendments to Schedules A and B and adds a Schedule C concerning controlled exotic wildlife.
