This Order provides for the delegation of the powers and duties of the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources under the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Order to the Minister of State at the Department of the Marine and Natural Resources. The Acts are: the Forestry Act, 1946 (No. 13 of 1946) as amended by the Forestry Act, 1956 (No. 6 of 1956); the Forestry Act, 1988 (No. 28 of 1988); the Fisheries Acts, 1959 to 1998 in so far as they relate to aquaculture; and the Foreshore Acts, 1
