For purposes of determining restrictions on specified areas there shall be three categories of marine parks: (a) replenishment zones; (b); marine park zones; (c) environmental zones (reg. 3). Regulation 4 prohibits taking of conch and lobster and use of specified gear in replenishment zones. Regulation 5 prohibits the taking of any form of marine life in marine park zones and the anchoring of boats. In environmental zones it shall be prohibited to take any form of marine live, and to use any anc
