This Order amends the Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) Order 2011, which specifies activities that do not need a marine licence, or are exempted from the requirement of a marine licence if conditions specified in the Principal Order are satisfied. It concerns conditions subject to which activities are exempted to be carried out under a marine licence, relating to, respectively shellfish propagation and cultivation, marine chemical substances, marine oil treatment substances and substances
