Marine Living Resources Act: Declaration of Prince Edward Islands Marine Protected Area Notice (No. R. 426 of 2013).

These Regulations declare the areas in the Schedule to be a marine protected area established in accordance with section 43(1) of the Marine Living Resources Act. The Original Notice (No. R. 251 of 2012) declaring the Prince Edward Islands Marine Protected Area is withdrawn by Notice No. R. 427 of 2013.
