Marine Living Resources Amendment Regulations (No. R. 873 of 2013).

These Regulations amend the Marine Living Resources Regulations in Annexure 2, which lists closed seasons and time restrictions for specified species. The list is amended in item 7 (West Coast Rock Lobster) by specifying a new closed season for fishing with a recreational permit and for fishing with a subsistence permit.
