All areas described in the Schedule are declared to be Marine Reserves (reg. 2). Regulations 3-9 specify prohibited or restricted activities in these areas: No person shall fish, collect any fish or any other marine organism in a marine reserve (regs. 3 and 5). Entrance or taking up residence in a marine reserve requires the prior consent of the Unit Manager.
