This Order makes transitional and consequential provision in connection with the marine licensing provisions in Part 4 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010. It brings into force those provisions of the Act which have yet to come into force and repeals section 1 of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973 (c.33) so far as it extends to Scotland and specified Orders relating to protection of wrecks.
