These Regulations carry into effect provisions the Maritime Act concerning the licensing of ship radio transmitting stations on Vanuatu vessels registered under the Act and radio operations on Vanuatu vessels. The Minister, or a Deputy Commissioner at a foreign port may issue licences for vessel radio stations for a period of four years.
