This Measure, made by the Minister of Agriculture under sections 13 and 18 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996, requires specified cow, goat or sheep milk producers and processors and buyers and sellers of raw milk to supply specific data to the Milk Producers’ Organisation.
