Marketing of Agricultural Products Act: Establishment of Statutory Measure: Records and returns by processors and persons dealing in lucerne seed and lucerne hay (No. R. 309 of 2013).

This Statutory Measure requires all lucerne seed dealers, lucerne hay dealers and lucerne hay processors to render records and returns to the National Lucerne Trust. The Measure ensures that continuous timely and accurate information relating to lucerne hay and lucerne seed is available to all role players for purposes of promoting of efficiency of the marketing of lucerne hay and seed.
