Marketing of Agricultural Products Act: Establishment of Statutory Measure: Registration of processors, producers and persons dealing in lucerne seed and lucerne hay (No. R. 315 of 2013).

This Statutory Measure requires all lucerne seed dealers, lucerne hay dealers and lucerne hay processors to register with the National Lucerne Trust, which will administer this Measure. The Measure ensures that continuous timeous and accurate information relating to lucerne hay and lucerne seed is available to all role players in the lucerne industry for purposes of promoting of efficiency of the marketing of lucerne hay and seed.
