The purpose of these Provisions is to strengthen the management of environmental statistics and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of environmental statistics. The Measures consist of 32 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Matters (I); Environmental Statistics Agencies and Personnel, (II); Environmental Statistics Survey System (III); Management and Publication of Environmental Statistics (IV); Rewards and Penalties (V); and Supplementary Provisions (VI).
