Measures for the Administration of halal food in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture.

These Measures, consisting of 24 Articles, are enacted in order to strengthen supervision and management of halal food. The term "halal food" as mentioned in these Measures refers to all kinds of food produced, processed and operated in accordance with the conventions of the Islamic minority.
