These Measures aim to improve and perfect the management system of quality inspection institutions at the ministerial level, improve the management capability thereof and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products. The Measures contain 40 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General provisions; Tasks and duties; Application; Examination and Approval; Supervision and inspection; Funding; Rewards and punishment; Supplementary provisions.
