Measures for the examination and approval of major crop varieties.

For the purpose of examining and approving main crop varieties in scientific, fair and timely manners, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Seed Law of the People's Republic of China. The Measures consist of 36 articles divided into 7 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Variety Review and Approval Committee (II); Application and Acceptance (III); Variety Trials (IV); Approval and Announcement(V); Supervision and Administration (VI); Supplementary Provisions (VII).
