Measures for operation of identification certificate change of mainland seamen for inshore fishing vessels.

These Measures, consisting of 6 Sections, are enacted to regulate the renewal of the identification certificate for the mainland crew of the offshore fishing vessels. If a mainland crew member loses or damages the identification certificate during the period of employment, the fishing vessel owner shall entrust the intermediary agency to apply for the renewal of the identification certificate.
