The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen dam safety supervision and administration of hydropower stations and regulate the management and reporting of the dam operation safety information. The Measures, consisting of 35 Articles, provide for the contents and requirements to be satisfied for the reporting of the dam operation safety information of hydropower stations.
