These Measures are enacted for the purpose of strengthening the administration of municipal drain of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone， promoting the development of municipal drainage undertaking and improving the city environment. The Regulations containe 38 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions; Planning and Construction of Municipal Drainage; Measures on Drain Administration and Sewage Disposal; Management and Maintenance of Drainage; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
